Barbecue Tuna on the Grill

Mix the olive oil, parsley and garlic. Lightly brush the steaks on both sides or if you have time marinate in the mixture for an hour.

Place on  the barbecue, medium heat for about 5 minutes each side or until cooked. Don't overcook.

Direct cooking time: approximately 10 minutes. Indirect cooking time: approximately 15 to 20 minutes.

Serve with a hot French garlic bread rolls and seasoned tomatoes.

Chopped parsley can be purchased from the herbs and spices rack, at your local supermarket, to save time.

Tuna is expensive and delicious so don't share it! keep it for yourself or really special friends.

 

 

2 Tuna steaks

4 table spoons of Extra virgin olive oil

1 Tablespoon of chopped parsley

2 cloves of fresh garlic, crushed.
