When cooking is complete, just carefully cut the smoker bag and peel back the foil. You now have the option to return to the oven to brown, if you wish. |
Pork ribs with Jamaican style jerk seasoning (Island Spice Rub). Smoked with a pure hickory smoker bag and basted with Shanghai Barbecue Sauce. The best tasting ribs you will ever have smoked indoors and its all your own work. Preparation Rub your ribs with your favourite seasoning or purchase a ready mixed rub. Leave covered for 30 minutes at room temperature. Pre heat your oven to 475ºF or 250ºC.
