Alternatively barbecue directly over the coals

   

Make two boats with a double layer of the foil big enough for the steaks. add the olive oil, juice of 1 lemon and the parsley equally into the 2 boats  

Rinse the fish under cold water, place into the foil boats. Spoon the mixture over the fish 

Place the fish on a barbecue using the indirect cooking method, cook for 20-30 minutes or until the fish begins to flake back with a fork.

 

  2 Fresh Salmon Steaks

Silver Foil (if required)

Silver Foil

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Fresh Lemon

2 Tablespoons of Fresh Parsley

For best results use fresh salmon.
