BBQ Grilled Salmon Steak

Carefully rinse the salmon steaks under cold water and pat dry with paper towel.

Cover the salmon steaks with the prepared mixture and leave for an hour.

Season the salmon steaks and place on a barbecue directly over the hot coals.

Grill for a few minutes each side until the salmon flakes back when using a fork.

Make two boats with a double layer of the foil big enough for the steaks. add the olive oil, juice of 1 lemon and the parsley equally into the 2 boats  

Carefully rinse the salmon steaks under cold water, place into the foil boats. Spoon the mixture over the fish 

Place the Salmon on a barbecue using the indirect cooking method, cook for 15-30 minutes or until the salmon begins to flake back when using a fork.

2 Fresh Salmon Steaks

Silver Foil (if required)

The Mixture:

4 Tablespoons Olive Oil

1 Fresh Lemon

2 Tablespoons of Fresh Parsley

For best results use fresh salmon.
