Received your product, it doesn’t fit the new Outback Magnum 3 burner replacement for my five year old Hunter model! Left message! On your Customer Service number and am still without any response? Even the holes on the BBQ and those on the brackets supplied by you are wrongly placed so the bolt is held in the “adjustment groove” rather than the usual drill holes, I have had to cut pieces out of the bracket that holds the electric motor in order for the hood of the BBQ to close!
