Purchase long rolled joints of meat like rolled pork or beef. They cook evenly and are more stable on the rotisserie. Start with small joints or chickens and practice before you invite friends to your BBQ. Insert the spit rod into the centre of your chicken or joint of meat. Do not overload the spit rod. (5lb max) Do not use on wet or windy days. |

![]() Fix plate to wall make sure you allow enough space to fit motor. Fix plates toward the front of the BBQ to allow the majority of the charcoal to be placed at rear. |
![]() Fix 2nd plate to wall a couple of degrees leaning towards rear of bbq. This keeps the spit in place when operating. |

![]() Clean up and wash spit rod. add hot charcoal to charcoal tray from a charcoal starter. Insert meat onto spit rod and secure using forks. Assemble onto BBQ |
