BBQ Lamb chops in a mint parcel
 

  Melt in the mouth lamb chops  infused with mint and garlic.

Method

Shopping List  

Arrange 2 pieces of kitchen foil large enough to wrap your lamb chops. Lightly wash the mint and place on the foil. Barbecue the lamb chops over hot coals for 1 minute each side to seal the meat.

Remove from the barbecue and lay the chops on the mint. Add the garlic coves and wrap like  a parcel. Place back on the barbecue with the flaps of the foil face down. Cook using the indirect method  for 1 hour.

A good handful of fresh mint

But it does make you feel, its good to be alive.
