| Cabbage Parcel | |

Delicious buttery cabbage, great with pork chops. |
Preparation |

|
The cabbage is easy, just cut in half and then into wedges. Gently rinse the wedges in a bowl or pan with cold water and place on double layer of silver foil. Prepare the parsley sauce according to the instructions on the packet. While the sauce is cooking add the knob of butter. Now is the time that you can make the sauce your own by adding fresh parsley and or a little garlic or just season with salt and pepper. |
Allow the sauce to cool and then pour over the cabbage, seal the parcel by carefully folding the foil over the cabbage. The parcel is now ready for the barbecue. Barbecuing Cooking time is approximately 15 minutes when cooking directly over the coals, longer if cooking indirect. Check periodically by opening the parcel if you wish. |
