Duck Breast in a Wood Wrap

Duck Breast Smoked on the Grill Using a Wood Wrap

Wood Wraps

Infuse a super smoke flavour into your food with these wood wraps. Great for taste and food presentation.

Now you can smoke food on an open Grill!

You don't need a lid on your BBQ to enjoy delicious smoked food.

Soak the wood wraps and cooking string for an hour to make them easy to wrap around your food.

Don't try and wrap with dry wood, the wood will crack and be unusable.

After soaking the wraps in water apply a little oil onto the wrap surface to help stop the food sticking.

Place the duck and fish into the wraps, season with garlic and pepper, roll and tie with the soaked cooking string. The wrap is now ready for the BBQ.

During the grilling the moisture from the wood wrap is infused into the duck and carries the smoke flavour resulting in a delicious smoked duck breast.
